Unless explicitly mentioned in a signed contract or agreement, all payments made for services are non-refundable. By making a payment for our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Contract-Specific Refunds

3. Service Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel ongoing services. Please note:
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
- Work already completed or delivered, and any pre-paid costs (e.g., third-party tools, plugins, hosting) are non-refundable.

4. Project Milestones and Deliverables
For projects structured in milestones:
- Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, are only for milestones explicitly mentioned in a contract.
- Clients are encouraged to review and approve each milestone to ensure satisfaction.
